Description
Girl in blue poses with her lace balloon.
She is cute, yet so haughty.
Maybe not the most practical design ever, but certainly fun and certainly wearable.
The bodice is made of two tones of leather, and the front panels are an overlay of blue satin, which is the main material of the dress. The stain is lightweight and low-sheen, making it luxurious in appearance (but not shining and opulent) but still comfortable to wear. The volume of the skirt is achieved through the folds and gathers of the material, taking advantage of the satin's natural tendencies, and through layers of tulle beneath the skirt. The lace accents are similar to the material of the tulle. For easier cleaning, the bodice is actually added OVER a complete blue satin dress, so it may be taken off and hand cleaned while the dress itself receives the necessary treatment.
